Q. What stationery do I need?

A. Depending on the type of wedding that you are having, you will need Day Invitations for the guests that you are inviting to the ceremony. If you are also holding an Evening Reception, you will need separate invitations for the additional guests that you are inviting to your evening celebration. You can also order Reply Cards, Thank You Cards, Orders of Service, Orders of the Day, Place Cards and Menus to co-ordinate with your chosen design. See Below for a more detailed description of each of these items and the quantities we recommend that you order. 
            

Q. How many invitations will I need?

A. A common mistake made by many people is to think that you will need one invitation per person, however if you are having 100 guests to your day reception, it is likely that you will only need around 60 invitations. Order one invitation per couple, single person or family. We always recommend that you order at least 10 extra invitations to allow for mistakes and any additional guests you may wish to invite at a later stage. It will cost much less to order them all at the same time.
      

Q. When do I send out the Invitations?

A. We recommend that you send out your invitations approximately 8 weeks before your wedding and no later than 6 weeks prior to the date. Remember that an order can take up to 10 working days for delivery after proof approval so you should order your stationery at least three months in advance.
   

Q. What if I need my order quickly?

A. We offer an express service which guarantees delivery within 48 hours of proof approval. There is an additional charge for this of £50.00. Please contact us for further details.
        

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Proofs are usually e-mailed out to you within two working days from receiving your order. Please note that Orders of Service usually take a little longer. Once we receive the proof back from you approved, delivery will normally be within 10 working days.
     

Q. What details do I need on my Order of Service?

A. The names of the Bride and Groom. The day, date, place and time of the Wedding. Entrance music, Hymns, Prayers, Marriage, Benediction. Always check the hymns and details with your clergy before placing your order. Please click here to see an Example Order of Service. 
     

Q. What hymns should I choose for my wedding?

A. We recommend that you chose popular, well known hymns for your wedding so that all the guests can join in with the singing. Click here to see most frequently requested Hymns.
