Cancellations and Refunds
Because all orders are personalised with your individual details, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Price Promise - If, within 7 days of placing your order, you find a competitor online offering a lower price on a product of the same brand and design we will refund you with the difference. *(This does not apply to the Lantz or Contaminacion ranges of stationery). Customer must provide proof of the exact website page of the competitor displaying the item showing the pricing information.
Any orders from a customer for wedding stationery from Wedding Stationery Direct 2 U are deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions:-
We strongly recommend that you order a sample of your chosen design to ensure that you are entirely happy with the item before you go ahead and place your order.
Please note that in some cases your personalisation details are printed directly onto the card, and in other cases your details are printed onto an insert which is attached to the inside of the card. If you are unsure of which applies to the particular set of stationery that you are ordering, please check with us before ordering.
You can cancel you order at any time so long as the item has not gone to print or has not already been despatched. We do however reserve the right to charge for any proofs that have already been done.
You will be sent a proof for all items of stationery (apart from placecards). It is up to you to ensure that all the details you require are included, and that all names, spellings, punctuation, times, dates etc. are correct. If you have approved an item and there turns out to be a mistake, then this is down to you and you will be charged for any re-prints. If however, the mistake has occurred because of an error on our part, then we shall be happy to re-print at our expense.
Prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery within the UK on all orders for Wedding Stationery over £50.00. For Wedding Stationery which totals £50.00 and under there is a delivery charge of £4.99. In most cases there is an additional charge for delivery to Northern/Southern Ireland. Please check with us before ordering as this varies depending on which range you choose. In the case of all other items (other than stationery) there is a delivery Charge of £4.99 if your order does not exceed £50.00. Please note that for the Lantz range ONLY there is an additional charge of £25.00 for postage and packing if you do not order either Day Invitations or Orders of Service at the same time as any other items. If however you do order either of the above, then delivery of all items in the Lantz range is also Free of Charge within mainland UK.
For orders overseas, please contact us for a quotation for postage charges.
Every effort is made to display the correct prices, but occasionally an error may occur, and in such cases we will contact you to let you know the amount due and whether you still wish to proceed with the order.
The customer shall, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, notify us in writing of any defect, damage or shortage.
We accept orders on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Should an item not be available, the customer will be informed and an alternative will be offered. If you are not satisfied with the alternative you have the right to cancel your order.
Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate and Wedding Stationery Direct 2 U shall not be held liable for any delays howsoever caused.
All photographs and descriptions of items shown on our website are for guidance purposes only and shall not be binding.
A signature is required upon delivery of the goods. If there is no-one available to sign for the parcel then a note will be left through the door by the courier and it is up to you to contact them and re-arrange a convenient delivery date.
We cannot be held responsible if a set of stationery is discontinued. We would recommend that you order all the items you require at the same time. If you have not finalised the details for your Order of Service etc. you can always let us know at a later date, but at least if you have ordered the item, we can make sure that it is still available.
In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods defectively produced and will in no way extend to consequential loss howsoever caused.
In cases where we offer a free gift, this shall be limited to one per customer, and multiple orders placed at different times, shall not qualify for an aditional gift.
